Faza’il-e-A’maal[Virtues of deeds] is a religious text composed primarily of treatises for Tablighi Jamaat by the Indian Deobandi hadith scholar Muhammad Zakariya Kandhlawi.The book is written in plain and lucid Urdu and is a compilation of holy and edifying storeys, based mostly on traditions and anecdotes of inspirational hadiths.
Tablighi Jamaat promotes the novel to non-Arab cultures, while Yahya Nawawi recommends to Arabic-speaking communities that they read Riyad as-Salihin instead.
